Is the deposit refundable?
You are fully protected on the thing that matters most: if Pro does not launch by December 31, 2026, you get a full refund — no questions asked. It is non-refundable for a change of mind, because the deposit is a genuine commitment that tells us whether to build. (EU customers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right regardless.)
